Overview
A Quarter Mile Above The Dunes
Our 1,400 ft. dual zip line launches from the top of a Lake Michigan sand dune and carries you through the white pine and oak forest, right over the top of both our winter and summer luge tracks, before easing down into the trees at the landing platform. Since it's a dual line, you and a friend take off together and race side by side at speeds up to 25 mph. Zip line runs May through October, right alongside wheel luge, rock climbing, archery, and Trail Quest.

Clipped In, Side By Side
“Your guide attaches your harness to the line with not one, but two life-rated lanyards.”
That's the moment right before you step off the platform — double-checked, clipped in twice over, and standing next to a friend who's about to take the same leap. Once you're both ready, it's a straight shot over the treetops and the luge tracks below.
The Zip Line Experience
Every rider starts at ground school before ever reaching the launch platform. From there it's a climb, a clip-in, a leap, and an easy landing — a guide is with you at every step along the way.
Ground School
Before you climb an inch, we'll cover the zip line rules and get you fitted with a harness, helmet, and zip line trolley.
Climb
The hardest part of the whole thing — about 100 stairs up to the launch platform, roughly 80 ft. above the ground. Accommodations are available for anyone who isn't able to hike it.
Clip In
At the top, your guide attaches your harness to the line with not one, but two life-rated lanyards before you go anywhere.
Leap
This is the moment — step off the platform and begin your 1,400 ft. descent, racing a friend at speeds up to 25 mph.
Land
An auto zip-stop system eases you to a complete stop, a guide unclips you, and you head off the landing platform by slide or stairs.
