Learn Archery
Our beginner archery course will teach you the fundamentals of shooting a lightweight compound bow. Our archery instructor will guide you through the proper stance and posture to help you hit that bulls-eye.
THE ARCHERY EXPERIENCE
LESSON
First, your archery instructor will teach you posture and positioning for holding and firing a bow.
EQUIPMENT
You will be fitted with a compound bow. We have bows calibrated to light draw weight for children up to heavy draw weight for adults .
PRACTICE
Your instructor will guide you through a round of practice arrows where you'll shoot at targets on command.
BULLSEYE
Fire at will! You're on your own to shoot as many targets as you can and try to hit the bullseye.

Age & Size Requirements
There are no specific age or size requirements for archery participants, however, participants should be old enough to listen to brief instruction with full understanding and be able to stand up right and fully extend their arms holding a 5lb. bow for up to 30 seconds at a time (accommodations available for people with disabilities). This typically means archery is best suited for children around 7 years or older.
