Refund Policy

Please review our refund policy before purchasing your passes

Refund Policy for Summer Passes

The following policy applies to all passes and reservations purchased for summer activities.

By completing your purchase you hereby agree to the following:

Refunds

Cancellation of passes or reservations more than 7 days in advance of the reserved date will receive a full refund less a $5.00 ticket processing fee per reservation. Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@msports.org.

Passes or reservations canceled less than 7 days prior to the reserved date will not be eligible for a refund.

Reservations for large groups may be charged a non-refundable deposit.

Refunds will not be issued for late arrivals. Tours leave on schedule and it will not be possible to join a tour after it has started.

Choose Your Challenge

We allow all participants to choose their own level of challenge. We will never force anyone to participate in any activity. However, we will not refund tickets, in whole or partially, if a participant chooses not to participate.

Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule a reservation must be made more than 7 days in advance of the reservation date. Requests to reschedule will only be granted upon availability. Rescheduling requests must be emailed to info@msports.org.

Transferal or resale to another party

Tickets may be transferred or resold to another party. Muskegon Luge is not responsible for the act of transferring or reselling and conveys only those rights conveyed in the original purchase of the ticket.

Weather Cancellation

During the summer, activities may be temporarily closed in the event of adverse weather conditions such as lightning, high winds or torrential rainfall. During the winter, activities may be temporarily closed due to unseasonably warm temperatures or lack of snow. In the event Muskegon Luge is forced to cancel your reservation due to weather conditions that are not conducive to  activity operations, you will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule your reservation to a later date, if possible. The decision to cancel a reservation is at the sole discretion of Muskegon Luge management. We do not cancel reservations for rain, cold or hot temperatures or winter storms.

Waiver and Requirements

All participants of luge and/or zip line must sign a waiver prior to participating in said activities. With no exception will a participant be allowed to participate without signing a waiver. All participants for luge and zip line must be at least 48" tall and weigh at least 65 lbs. Maximum weight for the zip line is 250 lbs. There is no maximum weight requirement for luge but participants should be aware of the physical requirements or adaptations to luge on our track.  Refunds will not be given for tickets purchased for individuals who do not meet size requirements.

Minor Participants

Participants under the age of 14 must have proper parental/guardian supervision and all participants under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Plan Ahead

Weather conditions can force us to close all or portions of the ice at times.  Colder temps typically mean better ice. Planning your trip in the morning or after sundown can offer optimal conditions. Check our conditions page before you visit.
