PLAN YOUR VISIT TO MUSKEGON
Stay a while and to enjoy our beaches and more fun things to see and do after you zip line and luge.
There's Lots to Do in Muskegon
Why not adventure a little longer? Muskegon Luge Adventure Sports park is located about 20 minutes away from downtown hot spots, and even closer to great places to explore the outdoors. When you visit us, we hope you'll stick around for a while and check out our local festivals and places to visit.
Visit Fun Attractions
After you try zip lining and luge, there's still more to see in Muskegon. Continue your adventure at Michigan's Adventure and WildWater Adventure park. Or see history up close aboard three different ship museums around Muskegon Lake, the USS LST 393 Veterans Museum, USS Silversides Submarine Museum and the S.S Milwaukee Clipper. Learn more about Muskegon's past as the "Lumber Queen of the World" at the Muskegon Museum of Art and the Lakeshore Museum Center.
Explore Beaches and Trails
The best adventure is exploring new places in the outdoors. Muskegon has over 26 miles of sandy beaches along the Lake Michigan Coast line and several inland lakes for great fishing and boating. Or you can explore Muskegon by bike on paved and off-road bike trails like the Mosquito Creek bike trail. Within an hour drive Silver Lake State Park is home to some amazing sand dunes where you can explore on a dune ride at Mac Wood's.
Watch Semi-Pro Sports
Muskegon has semi-pro and collegiate sports teams for several sports. At the Mercy Health Arena you can see the USHL Muskegon Lumberjacks, West Michigan Ironmen arena football team or the Muskegon Risers arena soccer or watch the Muskegon Clippers baseball team play a home game at the historic Marsh Field.
